Our scooters and motorcycles are built to the highest standards and are designed to deliver first class performance and reliability. This is backed up by Piaggio Assist; a protection package designed to provide you with roadside assistance should you have a problem such as a puncture.

Free on all new Piaggio, Vespa, and Gilera scooters over 50cc purchased from an authorised dealer, Piaggio Assist gives you the protection of cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout the UK. You can enjoy the reassurance of Piaggio Assist for 12 months from the date of registration of your vehicle. Before your cover expires, you will be offered a preferential rate to renew your cover for an additional 12 months.

In many instances, the problem can be rectified at the roadside allowing you to continue your journey. The cover also includes any other rider using your vehicle, provided they have your permission. Should your vehicle require further assistance, it will be taken to the nearest authorised dealer or suitable local garage within 50 miles for repair. For maximum reassurance, cover also extends to any problems you may have whilst your vehicle is at home.

Should you need assistance, all you need to do is call our emergency number 0870 737 5749. Your call will be taken by our partner Europ Assistance who will deal with your requirement swiftly and organise everything that needs to be done to get you moving as quickly as possible. You will require to provide them with the following information

  • Your name
  • Your registration number
  • The number of the phone you are calling from
  • Your exact location, including the road you are on, plus nearest road junction if possible
